Girls Golf
- An opportunity to appreciate and enjoy the game of golf while empowering participants to feel confident, build self-esteem and make new friends in an all-girl environment. Girls Golf seasonal events are open to all FTSV participants. Sign up for the next event through the parent portal. FTSV Discount Card
- During your first season in each calendar year you will receive a discount card that provides golf course and practice range discounts at our 4 Golf Courses: Baylands, Rancho Del Pueblo, Gavilan and Los Lagos. Prices and restrictions depend on the course.
YOC Discount Card – Youth On Course
- Providing youth with access to affordable golf – play hundreds of participating courses in Northern California for $5 or less. For more information and to sign up for a Youth on Course card please contact Manny Gallardo — [email protected] or call 408-508-4887.
Ace Program
- A series of (4) 8-week classes, where participants incorporate self-exploration, investigate potential education and career plans, demonstrate leadership & investment in their community, & develop goals and real-world assets to kick-start their future.
- Includes (4) 8-week seminar classes & an Ace-Certification process
- The classes and certification process allows participants the opportunity to apply the 6 First Tee Life Skills in 4 projects and develop a skill set that prepares them for post high school life.
- Being Ace-Certified provides national recognition, networking opportunities, and an increase chance of securing acceptance into one of the national opportunities.
- The (4) 8-week seminar classes include the following and are open to high school participants, new and returning.
- Education – financial planning for college, college application process, school identification/exploration strategies
- Career – resume-building, interview skills, adaptive and content skill development, professional correspondence
- Golf – golf psychology, optimal practice habits, and goal setting
- Give Back – going above and beyond, learning transferable skills, networking, professionalism

First Tee (National) Opportunities
- The First Tee Home Office provides events and scholarship opportunities

- High school participants, active and highly engaged in First Tee – Silicon Valley programs are selected to apply
- Once selected to apply, participants complete the First Tee Home Office applications, which includes essays, letters or recommendation, and participant information.
