First Tee – Silicon Valley Classic had a successful tournament at Baylands Golf Links on September 12th raising $130K! Scramble Tournament winners were the Daniel J Construction, Inc foursome: Daniel Miller, Brad Sparrer, John Picone and Chase Graves. Closest to the Hole winners were Stacy Blasiola and Brian Wilcox. Long Drive winner was awarded to Pat Burrell.
The real winners are all the kids in need of financial assistance who will receive access to our youth development program. Donations to our chapter allow us to continue creating experiences that empower kids and teens, especially underserved youth that need to feel supported, safe and better prepared in life. Robby Keith and Itzel Espino, who spoke at the tournament, are a great testament to the impact we are having.

The Classic was a great day with a full field of golfers and full room for the dinner awards. It was great to showcase our partner course Baylands Golf Links as we embark on a capital fundraising campaign to make improvements that allow us to grow our classes and outreach on the Mid-Peninsula.
