(FTSV Outreach Partners with Local Schools Published 4/03/2026) Over the past several weeks, FTSV hosted at least one field trip every single week, creating a steady stream of energy, laughter, and learning out on the practice areas of our program locations. From two fantastic field trips in South County at Gavilan College to a full lineup of sessions at Rancho del Pueblo in San Jose, our team had the privilege of welcoming more than 150 students to experience the game of golf.
Each field trip was more than just a day outside, it was an introduction to what a First Tee class is all about. Students didn’t just pick up a club; they learned valuable life skills, built confidence, and discovered how golf can be both fun and meaningful. Seeing their excitement grow, from that first swing to their final putt, reminded us why these experiences matter so much.
We want to give a huge shoutout to all the amazing schools we partner with. Your enthusiasm, support, and commitment to bringing students out to the course made this incredible stretch of field trips possible. The impact you’re helping create goes far beyond the fairways.
